Changing lifestyles, urbanisation, digitalisation and scarcity of resources are revolutionising the way people create and use buildings. A number of environmental and social factors are driving changes in the way buildings are constructed and used. Hence, climate change is a significant issue for the Real Estate sector. For these reasons and more, CSR is central to our activities.

We believe our responsibility goes far beyond traditional narrow goals centred on energy, water and waste. We also consider the influence of real estate in the wider context and think about the built environment, the impact property has on the community and how our business can drive positive social change.

Our ambition is to contribute to this sustainable city by offering products and services that are respectful of the environment and concerned with the health and well-being of occupants. Our CSR strategy underlies this ambition and, we keep conducting various CSR activities and various wellbeing schemes under the banner of Rajdhani Foundation in order to contribute towards the betterment of the humanity.
